We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services, long-term skilled care, and staff members who are specially trained in Dementia and Alzheimer's specific care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Blue Hills Alzheimer’s Care Center accommodates 92 residents. We are a 2005 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award and we are proud to have recieved a deficiency-free state and federal standard survey in 2006.
We are dedicated to the care of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. Located in Stoughton, Massachusetts, our healthcare center is dually certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Endorsed by the Massachusetts’ Alzheimer’s Association, our center features a beautiful landscaped, multi-seasonal courtyard with a walking path.
Employees are required to receive specialized training in all aspects of care, and they strive to meet the ever-changing needs of the Alzheimer’s resident. Our diversified Life Enrichment Program, with its rehabilitative approach, consists of activities that support and promote physical, cognitive, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual well-being.
We are a unique, dynamic and compassionate interdisciplinary team with a goal of helping people and their loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.
